CAMP PEAKS

June 10-14, 2019

Children, ages 4-12

9:00 am -  3:00 pm, Mon.-Thurs.

9:00 am - 1:00 pm, Friday

Camp Peaks is a program of the Presbytery of the Peaks in partnership  with Clarksville Presbyterian,  Clarksville Baptist, Jamieson Memorial United Methodist and St. Timothy’s Episcopal Churches. It is staffed by an on-site director and  counselors with volunteers from the local congregations helping with snacks, drinks, and local arrangements.

Camp Peaks Program

Children will enjoy the fun of being outdoors in a loving Christian community. They will grow in their faith, make new friends, and have fun!   The 2019 theme is Weather in the Bible:  God’s power, peace, provision and presence.   Activities include:

cost and Registration

Cost:  The actual cost of camp is $70 per child. As a ministry to the community, we ask that parents contribute $35, and the local churches will cover half. We would welcome anything you pay beyond $35 as a donation to the mission of Camp Peaks.  The churches will provide lunch, drinks and snacks each day, and the camp provides all other supplies, including a T-shirt and water bottle. If you have questions about financial assistance, please contact your church office.                            Note:  *After-care from 3:00-5:00 pm. can be provided by special request.

Deadline:  Space is limited, and registration forms and fees must be submitted by June 3.  Registration forms may be downloaded below and returned to the partner church offices.   Parents will receive additional information as well as a medical form which must be completed for each camper and brought to Day Camp.  

 

Registration:  The forms at the bottom of the page may be downloaded and either returned to one of the partner churches or to Clarksville Presbyterian Church, 502 Virginia Ave., Clarksville VA 23927.
