Christian Education

Presbyterian churches have always looked to the Bible as the foundation for all matters of faith and practice, and it is to the Bible that we turn for guidance in shaping the spirit, strategy and content of ministry in education.  Clarksville Presbyterian offers a variety of opportunities for all ages.


Sunday School meets each Sunday morning at 10:00 am during the school year.

  • Pre-School Class - Ages 3-4

  • Young Elementary - Kindergarten, 1st grade

  • Older Elementary - 2nd-4th grade

Children's Sermon - Our Minister, Rev. Annette Goard calls the children for a short participatory story early in the Worship service.

Nursery - A nursery is provided for children from infancy through kindergarten age.

Vacation Bible School - In cooperation with other Clarksville churches, a Vacation Bible School is offered for one week during summer vacation.

Sundays, 9:30 am -  Men's Bible Study.

Sundays, 10:00 am -  Adults and Older Youth, "Feasting on the Word" curriculum

Wednesdays, 11:00 am - Bible Study, led by Rev. Annette Goard.  Studying "Hallelujah, The Bible and Handel's Messiah", a Kerygma program. 



Annual Retreat at Hat Creek Camp

October 2-4, 2020

All ages are invited to participate in the all-church retreat at Camp Hat Creek to enjoy times of worship, fellowship, outdoor and indoor activities, crafts, campfires and much more.  Comfortable sleeping rooms, daily child care, and meals are provided.
